All prices on Clenzius.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may vary depending on your location and will be displayed clearly during checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice and will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Proper Use and Setup Guidelines

All robot vacuum cleaners and home care products sold through Clenzius.com are intended for domestic, non-commercial use only, in accordance with the manufacturer's setup and operating instructions included with each product.

By purchasing from Clenzi, you agree to:

  • Read and follow all setup instructions before operating the unit for the first time.
  • Prepare the floor area before each cleaning cycle — remove loose cables, small objects, and potential obstructions that could jam or damage the unit.
  • Use the robot vacuum only on dry, indoor surfaces. Never operate on wet floors, near standing water, or in areas with excessive moisture.
  • Regularly maintain the unit as instructed — including emptying the dustbin, cleaning or replacing filters, and removing hair from the brush roll — to ensure safe and effective operation.
  • Keep the charging dock in a fixed, accessible location with adequate clearance on all sides as specified in the product manual.
  • Not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the unit in any way not described in the official documentation.

Clenzi shall not be liable for damage to floors, furniture, or other property, or for unit malfunction, resulting from failure to prepare the environment, neglect of routine maintenance, or operation in conditions not supported by the product's specifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Clenzius.com — including text, product images, photographs, logos, graphic design, and source code — is the property of Tucorey Demond Reid trading as Clenzi, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such content without prior written authorization from Clenzi is strictly prohibited.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clenzius.com lawfully and responsibly. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the website for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes
